IAAF Releases New Rules On Hyperandrogenism – They Will Require Athletes Like Caster Semenya To Take Medication To Lower Her Testosterone Levels Athletes in events from 400m to a mile will have to maintain a lower testosterone level. Because it is a new regulation, CAS can’t prevent it unless an athlete makes a new legal challenge. *BBC Article
