Quote Of The Day

– 800m world champion Pierre-Ambroise Bosse talking on French Radio about the incident last summer where he was beaten to a pulp in a casino parking lot, allegedly nearly losing an eye. Bosse has now been charged in the incident for “violence with the use of, or the threatened use of, a weapon that did not cause injuries serious enough to render the victim incapable of work” as the guy who beat up Bosse says Bosse started it all by throwing a beer can at him. Bosse said he could not go into the details because the investigation was continuing but added that he found it “extraordinary to be apparently the aggressor now.”
