• Change In Code Allows Seb Coe To State That Lamine Diack’s Son, Papa Diack, Is One Of 4 Men Charged With Violating Its Code Of Ethics The others are Gabriel Dolle, Alexei Melnikov and Valentin Balakhnichev and the IAAF will rule on them Dec. 16-18.
