• Laura Roesler Wins 800 In 2:00.54 Beating Geena Lara (Gall) And Maggie Vessey Oregon’s Phyllis Francis won the 400 in 51.57 beating pros DeeDee Trotter and Lashinda Demus while the Oregon women’s 4×100 won in 43.31 (#2 in school history).
• High Schooler Elise Cranny Runs 2:04.81 In Elite 800 This was coming back from winning the high school 800 in 2:06.61 the day before.
• Ashton Eaton Finishes 4th In His 400 Hurdles Debut With 50.01 After this race Eaton says he thinks he can eventually get down to 48-seconds. The race was won by Jeshua Anderson in 49.43. Natasha Hastings won the 200 in 22.71, beating out Bianca Knight and Blessing Okagbare.

• Oregon Relays: LRC5k a Waste of Time for Fans as King Cheserek and Eric Jenkins in Oregon Debut Tie, Centro Opens in 3:41, Efraimson run 2:09 The big 5k match-up was a dud. First Centro only rabbited. Then, Cheserek and Jenkins got clear of Levins on the final lap and then “tied” for the win. All 3 of them were likely just doing a workout. *Full Results

Jamaican Doping News: CAS Calls Anti-Doping Program “Deplorable”

• CAS Releases 58-Page Explanation Of Decision To Clear Veronica Campbell-Brown Of Doping Charges The CAS report called JAAA’s anti-doping program “deplorable” and that many mistakes were made in the sample collection process that could have led to  possible “environmental contamination” of the sample.
