Previous Zatopek News: Menjo Wants To Break Zatopek Record On Its 50th Anniversary Menjo is the favorite but he'll be facing Australian record holder Collis Birmingham (27:29) and American NCAA 5k champ Bobby Curtis (27:33). Menjo breezed yesterday through a 2,000m workout in 5:20 (26:56 pace). As the legend of Menjo grows, we have discovered that Menjo is - believe it or not - the second most accomplished member of his household.
