Where Your Dreams Become Reality

Quote of the day::
"If I had to point out a weak spot with Jenelle, it's that I'm not sure she remembers that she is one of the best in the country. She spends a lot more time giving other athletes credit and forgetting how good and how talented she is."
-Juli Henner, new coach of Jenelle Deatherage, who is one of the favorites for the 1,500 at the AT&T US Indoor Championships. In 2004, Deatherage was 4th at the Olympic Trials. Unhappy with her progress with Team USA Minnesota, she made the unconventional move to switch coaches in an Olympic year.

Powell and Wariner Dominate Powell came in at less than 100% but started cautiously and let up 10m before the finish and still ran 10.04. Wariner put aside his opening loss at 200m, and quited the critics of his coaching change at least temporarily with a 44.82 400m. Craig Mottram pulled away the final 200m for the 13:11 win in the 5000, his 6th Aussie title. *IAAF Recap Here
