LetsRun.com Dating Service Launched
Only way to make the site profitable

LetsRun.com announced today that is is launching a new dating service exclusively for runners.  It is believed to be the only way to make LetsRun.com profitable.

LetsRun.com co-founder Weldon Johnson explained the rational behind the service.

"It really was a no brainer.  99% of these younger runners sit around all day debating and posting on the message boards who the hottest guy or gal in track in field is. This is by far the most popular and common thread on the boards and seems to come up every 2 days or so."

"These same runners instead of going out and meeting people and interacting with the opposite sex, sit around at their computers all day debating who the hottest is, and then going for their run. Thus, they're not meeting people or going out on dates, and if they are fortunate enough to get a date or two they are totally unprepared."

The dating service at LetsRun.com will not only match up runners for dates, but will provide runners with exclusive tips to make their dates successful, since runners have their own unique needs. Books and pamplates titled, "How to keep the libido up while running 90 miles a week", "Short shorts, and Tights: The male runner and his sexuality",  "Sex after the long run: Myth or reality", "and "Boulder, Flagstaff, and Albuquerque: the Runner's Nightlife Guide" are in the works although rumor has it LetsRun.com's staff may have trouble finding qualifed writers for many of the subjects.
