Diriba faces two-time world silver medalist Senbere Teferi while the men's race also has Boilermaker winner Gabriel Geay.

Laura Thweatt is in the women's race making her comeback after a year-long injury while Sambu will face 2008 Olympic bronze medalist Edwin Soi.

Chelanga and Longosiwa finished with identical times of 28:21 while Stephen Sambu was 10-seconds back in 3rd. Mamitu Daska won the women's race in 31:37 over Magdalyne Masai (31:44).

Laura Thweatt is the top American while the men's field is lead by NYC Half runner-up Wilson Chebet, NZ's Zane Robertson with Scott Bauhs leading the US charge.

Leonard Korir and Abdi Abdirahman are also in the field. The women are led by Joyce Chepkirui who faces Mamitu Daska, Mary Wacera, Gladys Cherono and Gemma Steel.

Sambu ran 27:39 as Komon ran 28:17 getting his first loss over 10K on the road since February of 2011. Sambu also just missed the 8K WR along the way. Joyce Chepkirui won the women's race in 31:17.
