Suguru Osako destroyed Galen Rupp over the final 400 of the 10,000 and then became a legend by running the B heat of the 10,000 immediately afterward.  In the steeples, Courtney Frerichs looked great in her second steeple of the year while Sean McGorty did not take a step forward.
