IAAF Provisionally Suspends Russian Athletics Federation

22 of the 24 voting members were in favor of the ban; only one was against. Russian athletes will not be able to compete in any international competitions and Russia will not be able to host the 2016 World Race Walking Cup or World Junior Championships. To regain membership to the IAAF, the new federation would have to fulfill a list of criteria.
