27 of the 32 NCAA conferences postponed their fall championships, but five -- including the ACC, Big 12, and SEC -- will hold conference meets this weekend. We check in with coaches, including Arkansas' Lance Harter and NC State's Laurie Henes, to see how their teams have prepared and what a conference meet looks like in the age of COVID.

Conference action kicks off Friday with showdowns at Pac-12s (No. 2 Stanford men vs. No. 3 Oregon & No. 7 Colorado; No. 1 Colorado women vs. No. 2 Washington & No. 5 Oregon), ACCs (No. 6 Syracuse men, No. 3 NC State women), SECs (No. 5 Arkansas men vs. No. 11 Ole Miss) and the West Coast meet (No. 4 BYU men vs. No. 12 Portland). The Big East, Big Sky and Mountain West meets are all on Friday too.

If you want to win NCAAs as a team, you'd better run well this weekend. Every single year for the last 15 years, the eventual men's NCAA champion has won on this weekend. The race of the week is the men's race at Wisconsin as it includes the top three teams in the country (Northern Arizona, Syracuse and BYU) and a great individual battle between NAU's Futsum Zienasellassie, Syracuse's Justyn Knight and Stanford's Sean McGorty.

New Mexico had a dream season last year that resulted in a NCAA title but so far 2017 has been a nightmare. Stanford has a dream recruiting class.

After winning handily against a loaded field at Wisconsin, the #3 Syracuse men should have no problem winning their second straight ACC title on Friday. #12 Florida State will have a harder time defending its title as it's one of five ACC women's squads ranked between #12 and #18. Syracuse's Martin Hehir and Boston College's Liv Westphal lead the individual fields.
