With six guys who have run under 2:05 (more than London), this field is impressively deep. Desisa is a slight favorite but '15 runner-up/Worlds silver medallist Yemane Tsegay, '15 3rd placer Wilson Chebet and Chicago runner-up Sammy Kitwara (2:04:28 pb) are among the many guys looking to take him down. What role, if any, will the meldonium ban play?

Chipangama won in 49:23 over Phillip Reid (49:37) and Nick Arciniaga (49:53) while Kibii set a CR in 53:20 to beat Sara Hall (53:34).

Chipangama beat out Juan Paredes by 1-second as Nick Arciniaga was 5th (30:30).

Meb ran 1:03:02 to finish 2-seconds behind Jordan Chipangama as Aliphine Tuliamuk-Bolton won the women's race in 1:11:26. *MB: Meb gets U.S. 1/2 Masters record in San Jose - 63:02

Barno won over last year's CR setter Dominic Ondoro (2:11:17) while Jordan Chipangama was 3rd (2:11:17). On the women's side USA's Lindsey Scherf was a close second in 2:32:19 while CR holder Sarah Kiptoo was 3rd (2:32:51). Shadrack Biwott won the men's half in 64:09 as the top three were only separated by a second. Neelly Spence Gracey won the women's race (1:11:25).

In his first race as a master Meb set the half-marathon WR at 62:29 although the race was actually won by Jordan Chipangama in 62:27. Eri Hayakawa won the women's half (1:10:50) while Sara Hall was 3rd (1:11:31) and Jen Rhines won the masters race (1:16:36).

Chipangama won in 48:29, beating  Shadrack Biwott by 6-seconds.

She ran 2:27:17 in her debut at Chicago 2012. Here she is the favorite over a couple of 2:33 international runners. The men's field has a slew of sub-2:13 runners including NAU alum Jordan Chipangama (2:12:22).

This is a separate group from the earlier announced Team Run Flagstaff and includes team members Ben and Stephanie (Rothstein) Bruce, 2:13 marathoner Jordan Chipangama and World Championship half marathoner Maegan Krifchin.
