A highlight will be the women's 5000 which has New Zealand's Kim Smith, Dominique Scott and former NCAA champ Emma Bates. With 17 ranked men's teams and 20 of the top 25 women's teams, this is the best meet of the year outside of NCAAs. No. 2 Syracuse is the highest-ranked team in the coaches' poll, but they'll face tough competition in No. 4 Stanford, No. 5 Iona and No. 11 Wisconsin. No. 1 New Mexico should win the women's race handily, but look out for No. 3 Providence and No. 6 Boise St.

With no Kate Avery, the championship picture is wide open. Wisconsin junior Sarah Disanza is the top returner from a year ago but she's far from a shoo-in as she'll be pushed by British import Rhona Auckland (New Mexico) and NCAA track champs Dominique Scott (3k), Rhianwedd Price (1500) and Molly Seidel (10k).

Arkansas loses a lot to graduation but still has the country's most versatile runner in Dominique Scott. Michigan, with Erin Finn, will look to rebound after an injury-plagued 2014 saw them slip from preseason #1 to 18th at NCAAs. With both teams featuring such strong frontrunners, they crack our pre-season top 10.

LSU's Julian Parker won the 800 in 1:46.17 over Brandon McBride (1:46.53). Arkansas went 1-2 in the 5000 as Kemoy Campbell beat Stanley Kebenei by less than a second in 13:52. Dominique Scott won the 1500/5000 double. *Meet Home Florida men and Arkansas women currently lead going into final day.

Shalane Flanagan showed she's ready for Boston, Gabriele Grunewald got a nice pr and win in the 5000m, Sam Stabler of Lamar had the breakthrough of the meet in the 5000m, Oliver Aitchison showed he's becoming a force at 1500m,  German Fernandez got a much needed win and Erin Teschuk got some attention.

With Cheserek on the anchor, can anyone stop the Ducks from winning their first DMR title since 2010? The women's race should be great with Arkansas and likely anchor Dominique Scott battling Georgetown (Katrina Coogan on anchor) and Michigan State (Leah O'Connor).
