The Nike Shox 2:40 training shoe. The 240 combines Nike Shox technology with Nike Zoom Air cushioning for a low-profile response. The 2:40 replaces the Nike Shox 2:45. In this update, the outsole & midsole are the same, but the upper has a new pattern. And for the women, the flex groove on the upper was adjusted for a more natural feel and smoother foot transition. The Shox technology is even more responsive now.
