Our third podcast of the year is in the books and it was a special one as we had our first guest of the year as USA 1500m star and 5000m record holder Shelby Houlihan joined us on the podcast.
Houlihan is up for new challenge in 2019 and is running the US Cross Country Championships at 10km this weekend in Florida and says she’d consider running the World champs if she makes the team. She talks about her Bowerman Track Club team and the high expectations of coach Jerry Schumacher.
