The 2018 IAAF Diamond League season comes to a close this week with two terrific Diamond League finals in Zürich and Brussels. Each meet will crown 16 Diamond League champions, and for the second year in a row, the finals will be held as winner-take-all events: the winner of each event on the day will take home $50,000, a diamond trophy, and the title of 2018 Diamond League champion. And for the first time, the DL finals will be held on back-to-back days: the Weltklasse Zürich takes place on Thursday, with the Memorial Van Damme in Brussels to follow on Friday.
