July 26: Liberty Bridge Jump-Off Will Feature Olympic Silver Medalist Sandi Morris

Press Release
July 14, 2018

The American Track League (ATL) is in the final stages of preparation for the latest staging of it’s ‘street meet,’ with the Liberty Bridge Jump-Off located in Greenville, South Carolina.

The Liberty Bridge Jump-Off will host elite and olympic medalling athletes competing in the Men’s & Women’s Pole Vault on Friday, July 27th, followed by a street party. On Thursday evening, July 26, Fleet Feet Greenville will be hosting a press conference to provide an opportunity for media to ask athletes questions of their own.
The ATL specializes in creating unique track and field events that not only satisfy the requirements and tastes of professional athletes, but enhances the experience for athletics fans. Selfies with Olympians, explosive live entertainment, kid-friendly activities, and food vendors that serve everything but average concessions are some of the elements that make the ATL fan experience one of a kind!

For the Liberty Bridge Jump-Off, Greenville’s Main Street, at the entrance of Falls Park on the Reedy (home of the Liberty Bridge), will become the stadium where competitors will perform the feats that have taken them to the top of their field- and where fans will literally be right beside all the action!

World Champion, Rio Olympic Silver Medalist, and Greenville native, Sandi Morris, will be among the athletes competing for the cheers of track and field fans on Friday evening. She is the currently the Outdoor American record holder at 5.00m and recently defended her national outdoor title at the U.S.A Track and Field Outdoor Championships in Des Moines, IA this past June.

With the world’s greatest track and field athletes, the American Track League showcases prestige and world class track meet performances and fuses fun-filled entertainment aspects for the average party-goer, while producing a meet fit for top track & field enthusiasts to enjoy.

Join us in Greenville on Friday, July 27th, for this family-friendly event, as it will be Greenville’s turn, again, to be apart of the electric energy that the ATL brings to the sport!
