Candace Hill Wins World Junior Title in Championship Record of 11.07 – She’s 1st American To Win 100m Title Since 2008

17-year old American Candace Hill, who turned pro after running a 10.98 American junior record last year, won the world junior title this year in a championship record of 11.07. Hill is the first American to win the World Junior 100m title since Jenebah Tarmoh since 2008.
