D-Day For Russia: Post-IAAF Council Meeting Press Conference Live Stream

The IAAF meets today in Vienna, Austria to make a final decision on whether or not the Russian track and field team will stay banned for the 2016 Rio Olympic Games. There will be a live streamed press conference following the meeting at 11AM ET which can be watched below.
