The World Cross Country Championships take place on Saturday afternoon (Friday night in the USA) in China.
Race times in the United States are:

US TV: The race will be broadcast on tape delay on USA TV at noon Eastern on Universal Sports on Sunday. We are not sure if UniversalSports.com will have a live stream on its website or not.
UK TV: The Race will be tape delayed at 16:00 GMT on BBC in the UK on Saturday.
