Grace Moves Back to West Coast
The coaching staff and athletes of the NJ★NY Track Club would like to wish Kate Grace the best as she recently moved back to the West Coast. We are excited to have offered Kate all of our expertise and knowledge during the past 2 years; during which time her personal bests have improved from 2:03.41 to 1:59.47 in the 800m and 4:20.11 to 4:07.43 in the 1500m. Kate has been a wonderful athlete to work with and a tremendous teammate.

Grace blogged about her move out West earlier this week as well. The self-described “LA Girl” will be training in Bend, Oregon under an “executive committee format, rather than a single coach. Lauren Fleshman and Bob Lesko are the main advisers for the immediate work. ”
