RE: Mileage per week advice
Bro ive done a 5K XC - 16.01 off 30miles a week.

My genetics are toilet and my diet consists of soley sweets and crap food. Honestly man.

Dont think about it too much. Just make sure your getting in:
- 2/3 track workouts a week.
- 1 Long run thats progressive or just easy
- 1/2 Tempo Runs.

Youll be surprised how much double runs really work, its messed up my calfs for a jit but the strength gains are really good. If you can keep yourself injury and ill free. Youll make sub 17 in weeks.
