Chomsky certainly has written some on propaganda but really not all that much. The famous book, "Manufacturing Consent" was a bit more reflective more of Herman's work.
There are far better sources (and far more interesting) than Chomsky which will help you grasp the scope of propaganda.
If you think that I have made such a comment after watching "only one Chomsky lecture" that reflects an insecurity on your part and an inability to discuss the topic with any intelligence. Which takes us back to the original topic now doesn't it?
Hopefully that's not the case.
