Actually, reading between the lines of the court’s order it appears she wanted USADA to cover her travel expenses and attorney’s fees, and also wanted to see the documents she would be questioned about before the deposition (presumably so she could discuss the documents with her lawyers and prepare to answer questions about them). USADA apparently would not agree to those terms so they filed a motion to enforce the subpoena. Looks like Grunnagle agreed to appear on the terms she had requested. The court gave her travel expenses and exhibits in advance but no fees.
