Dam, according to that list at 63 years old Ed Whitlock race a 35 min 10k.
Sounds about right, he also ran a 1:18:38 HM the same year in Toronto.
I'm lucky enough to have lived near him and we were entrants in many races together. I thought he had a very impressive period around age 69-70, showing that he didn't really slow down much from his early 60s to 70, which is very impressive. His ATB 30k in 1:57:39 at age 69 is incredible - it's a tough course with a few long, painful hills in the end stages. He also ran a few 5k races in 17:25 - 17:40 during this period.
