RE: Karissa Schweizer goes home DEVASTATED
Karissa is a fantastic runner, whose best event seems to be the 5,000.

Regarding her stride, she’s not as fluid as most, but it works for her. One thing I’ve noticed - she appears to have a posterior pelvic tilt as she runs, and leans back slightly in her posture. At what point do you decide things like that are/aren’t worth fixing, especially when the runner is so successful? Everyone is built differently, and our strides are all unique because of that.
