RE: Sub 2 45 marathon feasibility
How comfortable is it to run 10 mile @ 6:00 pace? When I got down under 2:45 I was routinely doing 8-12 mile tempos in the build-up @ 6:00 pace. 60 miles/week is good but I was in the 80-100 range.

I would say that you need to at least get the half down to 6:00-flat pace -- sub-1:19 to have a chance at 2:45 but, honestly, the half marathon and the marathon are different beasts. I know plenty of people who can coast sub-1:15 but struggle breaking 2:40.

Hoping you the best. You have a lot of time to get the mileage up and to hit a fall half marathon (hopefully quicker) that should indicate what you're on track for. I ran 1:20-mid when I broke 2:50 for the first time (2:47-low -- one month apart).
