Does it really take 11 months to get the results of a drug test! This guy is only going to serve a 3year 3 month suspension. Cheating athletes should serve the full 4 years. In addition, it seems like once an athlete knows they're going to get busted, they can just keep on cheating and defrauding athletes playing fair for months without it counting for another suspension. Two failed tests, he should be banned for life. He's run 1:02:24/2:11:35 btw. But those times shouldn't count as he likely only achieved them with peds.
Would be nice to have an explanation from USADA why it took 11 months to announce this. I understand that athletes have a right to appeal, etc., but they didn't make any mention of that in the release. If that's why this took so long, say that. And if not...then why did this take so long to come out?
