RE: Is there a paw back in right sprinting technique
There is paw back in sprinting technique. Running drills that incorporate that action help load the posterior chain to be used to the loads the hamstring traditionally feel running at full speed. However, running drill don't always improve form but instead target specific muscle groups to strengthen. I cover a lot of drills in my book titled the Sprinter's Compendium and their uses. Along with QR codes to a lot of the videos covering proper execution of the technique.
