RE: How fast can I get off 2-3 runs per week?
A good chunk of the 16:20-17:10/34:30-35:00 guys at our Uni/Amateur Athletic club only a max of 4 days per week. A lot of the times they only do track sessions and races. Maybe one or two easy runs on their own. Actually really frustrating and impressive lol.
