Well, I consider Europe to be the greatest continent.
The USA, unfortunately, was founded by relious fundamentalists...and that will always cause huge problems. For example, the USA has never had Atheist politician of any stature.
Although, talking of culture, I must admit, the US's gun culture is way ahead of Europe.
