I don't think he did Subway. Morocco just didn't have the resources for blood doping. It cost a lot of dough to do a blood doping program back then. For example East Germany had state sponsored (financial supported) blood doping. Now when EPO became widespread in the 90s no question that many Moroccan runners were on the sauce, as witnessed by their many positives after the test became available.
I really believe Aouita wasn't blood doping. You're going to have to provide more proof than that.
Aouita was arguably the most versatile distance runner ever.

He was based out of Italy and Spain 9 months of the year. As stated ad nauseum, he had acccess to EVERYTHING.
This is correct, blood doping is like the easiest type of doping. Take it out and put it in the fridge. Then put it back in.
