Just do calisthenics and you’re golden. I’m friggin ripped from just 4 months of it.
Its easy just do this:
Day 1- pull ups and variations of pull ups
Day 2- core day (find some core workouts)
Day 3- Chest day (get a dip bar)
Day 4- tricks (L sits, frogstands, planche, handstand, handstand push ups)
