RE: 24 beers/24 miles in 24 hours
Just gut instinct (pun or no) tells me to drink maybe 6-8 at night (say midnight) then you get a good solid sleep. Wake up and do your long run (try for like 18-20 miles) then have a few more beers for lunch. Run again for 4-6 in the afternoon and finish the day by steady drinking. Hope you make your 24 before passing out.
