RE: Lower leg stress injury 4 weeks from Boston
I have 2 20 milers in the books with a 22 miler planned this Saturday. My training has been solid since late December. 3 Half Marathon tune up races since January. I think not running for at least a week and cross training is an option. I agree that sticking to the plan might create a DNS. That would suck.
