RE: Narrow Feet Help
I have very narrow feet and have found that the only way I can wear running shoes is to use a very light weight orthotic. It is all foam and adds very little weight to the shoe. But it fills up enough space in the shoe that I am able to lace up without the eyelets for the laces getting all bunched up together. I would suggest going to a decent podiatrist and getting fitted for light weight orthotics. All foam with no heel lift.

Otherwise, Adidas supernova glide is one of the few shoes I can wear. I have also been able to run in Hokas, but find that I have problems with wear patterns after a while. I can wear the Brooks Asteria racer, but it does not last very long and is not good for mileage.
