You're panicking. Stop running. Go see a doctor. Get a massage. Relax.

If you throw the kitchen sink at this thing and baby it then you can arrive to the start line slightly undertrained, but healthy.

If you try to get in the perfect training on a bum leg then you risk a DNS.

I've been in the same situation and have made a mess of it, by trying to stick to my training plan. Trust that your fitness and grit can last through a little time off.
