not a problem
RE: hs coaches: is pokemon go going to be a problem?
Kids who are training right now are dedicated enough that they won't be distracted by Pokemon. Kids who are distracted enough by Pokemon to skip runs probably weren't going to run much over the summer anyway.

Not sure why it would be an issue during the season. Even if the fad somehow manages to linger that long, the kids are at practice training with the team. If you're really worried that your kids are going to bail on workout to catch Pokemen (is that the plural of Pokemon?), then your team's lack of discipline is a fundamental issue that extends way beyond the Pokemon game.
