This guy looks likes a 20 min 5K runner and that is about it.
Honestly, having closely followed multi-day races in person and afar (including the current world best for 3100 miles in the longest certified footrace in the world at the Self Transcendence 3100 in Queens, NYC), his body type doesn't shock me. But his springiness in a number of his pictures is rather shocking, or would be if putting up the mileage he claims. The greatest multi-day runners in history including Schwerk, Kouros, Aalto, Ukraynski, look nothing like Messr Young. They all had different strides, body types, etc but were different from one another... within reason.
