I saw Kip the other day at the gym in Davison next to the mcDonalds and paycheck loans and pawn shop. Dude looks lean and mean with an under 10% body fat and he's cranking out 10 mile tempos at 10mph! His post workout recovery meal consists of a simple Ronald McDonald happy meal with 1 packet of either sweet and sour or BBQ sauce - he says his secret is if he eats just 1 happy meal and not a full meal he can eat Mickey D's daily and maintain great fitness - brilliant!
