Subject: Mo Farah only 12.9 100m time in BBC Superstars Show
Body:

I was surprised by his slow time. Although conditions werent great with the wind and rain, but Heavyweight Boxing gold medalist Anthony Joshua (6'4" 17st/238lbs) won the race in 11.5. Seeing that Mo can run a 52/53 sec on a last lap of a 5/10k race, which I thought would indicate a sub 50 sec 400m flat race, 12.9 for 100m is awefully slow. Even if it was run in November and he hadn't trained for it? Agree?
