I remember thinking it was exciting and awesome, almost like a private letsrun.com event. But I just recently watched the video of it and the lameness of it actually made me sad for Webb. He had a hell of a summer that year, and his signature accomplishment looked like a pathetic junior high meet. In some ways it almost makes the feat more impressive.
