Only one has ever done it and it wasn't on US soil in a trials-type race. I doubt Ritz will let them dawdle through an opening 14:00 though. I can envision Rupp and Ritz somewhat working together to keep the pace honest. Something like a 13:45-13:40 or slightly faster second 5k wouldn't surprise me.
