No, actually. The person in charge is the bus driver. Not to take this off-topic at all, but you should check out this video response- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=odQ7jdEgCiw I have to assume he's joking, but it's hilarious. My favorite parts are "If she lost weight, it could really help the economy, actually" and "she probably lives on welfare, which people like me pay for."
