not necessarily tirunesh dibaba, meseret defar, lydia cheromei, worknesh kidane were all outstanding runners when they were mary cain's age and are still outstanding runners, heck lydia cheromei was world junior xc champion at age 13 and now OVER 20 years later she has one of the fastest marathons in the world THIS YEAR 2:21 i am hoping cain has that kind of longevity to go with her considerable ability.
