My sympathies, but are you looking for advice or just general wingnut comments? More info would be helpful for the former.

Do you eat late? Are you out late on weekends and so have an irregular sleeping schedule? Do you watch a lot of tv or internet before trying to sleep? Are you stressed now that you can't sleep? Are you worried about getting something done first thing in the morning, like before work, so that issue keeps you up?
