Body: Also remember that 9.77 for Bolt in Brussels (2008)...with negative wind...a little rain and cold...and Powell leading up to 80m and finally running 9.83 So for me is the 3rd best race for him against Bolt. 1-Powell beating Bolt in Stockolm (2008) 2-Bolt defeating Powell in Brussels (2008) 3-This race.
