You are reporting the following post to the moderators for review and possible removal from the forum Poster: i kinda like running Subject: RE: Bob Kennedy Says He Respects Teg & Solinsky (No Mention of Rupp) Body: I don't think Solinsky and Teg are anymore "fearless" than Rupp. Their apparent blue-collar attitudes compared to Rupp are little more than appearances. Tegenkamp, despite showing sub-13 ability, hasn't really been a factor on the world stage since 2007. Nobody on the planet has run faster than 12:50 since then, so you'd think a sub-13 guy with a ton of heart and toughness would consistently be in the mix with the world's top runners. Tegenkamp is not. Solinsky, Mr. Tough Guy himself, looked like a little bitch in Monaco when he got shoved off the track by a dude who probably weighs 100 lbs. And then QUIT the race because of it. He is also a sub-13 (not to mention sub-27) guy who has basically done nothing on the world stage. I'm simply saying, despite the fact that Rupp is seen as kind of a yuppie compared to these guys, they're no more accomplished. And between the 3 of them, Rupp is our best hope for medals.
