I will have to be more diligent with pre workout nutrition. I rarely drink enough water during the day--and probably way too much caffeine (tea usually). I was probably going too fast early also. I felt great at first and the last 2 miles were getting really bad. Glad it wasn't a race![/quote] Sounds like that maybe you just are fully acclimated to the heat yet. Pretty common at this early point of the summer. Just keep at it and make a point to stay hydrated but remember that you will lose a lot of water when running.
