Subject: Excessive Sweat- Dehydration prevention?
Body:

Yesterday I lost 3 lbs in 1 hour of running (80 degrees slightly humid). That seems like a ton! I even drank about midway during the run. I was getting light headed towards the end of the run and I am sure I was dehydrated. Is that much water loss normal? And how in the world can I prevent dehydration? I would think I would need about 64oz of water an hour to replace that--not possible especially in a race.
